A Close look at the Platform

Gateway Modules

The Gateway comprises two modules: the Chemical Module and Wastewater Module.
The Gateway CheckTools support the uptake and verification of our chemical and wastewater reports. 

Chemical Module

The world’s first verified database of safer chemistry for the apparel and footwear industry. It helps suppliers evaluate chemical products against the ZDHC MRSL conformance level requirements and find safer alternatives. Suppliers can connect with brands to share their Performance InCheck reports.

Wastewater Module

Facilities register their wastewater test data in this Gateway Module. This helps manufacturing facilities to benchmark their conformance with the ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines and share data with their customers.

CheckTools

The ZDHC Performance InCheck report demonstrates a facility’s chemical inventory conforms to the ZDHC MRSL requirements. Performance InCheck reports can be shared with customers to drive business.

The ZDHC ChemCheck is a product passport of chemical formulations that verifies ZDHC MRSL conformance. The latest feature allows chemical formulators to share summary reports with suppliers for multiple products.

The ZDHC ClearStream report reflects the performance of a facility in relation to ZDHC wastewater conformance requirements. It can be shared with customers and avoids duplicative wastewater testing.

The Implementation HUB

The Implementation HUB drives the implementation of the ZDHC Roadmap to Zero Programme in conjunction with the Gateway platform. ZDHC Approved Solution Providers support facilities in generating their monthly Performance InCheck report. A list of Approved Solution Providers is available on the website.
